Merry Christmas from Picturit
As the year draws to a close, I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope 2018 will be a great year for you all.
As for me I will continue to build my business in the hope I can provide more workshops. I have decided that the way forward will be to work freelance and to do the workshops as a separate entity.
I firmly believe that creative mediums, such as photography, is of great benefit to people who suffer from all types of mental illness and disability. It brings people together, builds confidence and belief, but most of all it inspires people to learn and develop new skills. I have really enjoyed doing the workshops in my home city of Newcastle-Upon-tyne and was so upset that I had to cancel the last one due to illness. Hopefully I might be able to do something with Launchpad again in the future, but until then I would like to pass on my best wishes for everyone who works and attends this fantastic place.
I really have enjoyed spending time with the people who attended. We have shared images and a few jokes and some of the photography they produced was fantastic. I wish them all well and hope they stay in touch and send me some of their work to look at.
So Here is a few photographs taken in this wonderful city whilst I was there. Thanks again.
